oh my goodness how sweet is she! i love the napping photo...brought back memories for me- i wouldn't let my little one go for anything and we'd sleep together during the day just like that.
Nine years later she still tries to fit into the same spot even though she's 5' tall.

this is probably too personal, but i want to say how proud i am of cole for choosing to give birth the way she did. when i learned that my own mother chose to have me in a birthing chair without any drugs whatsoever, i was overwhelmed and impressed by her completely selfless love. i'm sure tessa will feel the same or similar when she's old enough to understand.

I know I already commented, and I've only been reading a couple months and commenting sporadically therein, but I just keep coming back looking for more updates on the family =) I'm not a stalker, I swear, but this is one of my favorite family blogs. I love the photographs, I love that you and Cole are so in sync with one another, and I am still just so happy for both of you and LB. I cannot WAIT to hear more about little Tessa and see more pictures and learn more about this new life as a family of four.
The waiting is turning me crazy lol.

Now those 2 photographs just made my uterus ache. And I have never before used that phrase, but it is exactly what happened. My youngest (of 3) is only 8 months and I have no desire to be pregnant again anytime soon (and if hubby has his way, we're done anyway), but my god, I felt a strong longing just now. Enjoy it; it goes by way too fast.
