A Walk to the Pool
Apologies for the delay :)
Swimming and floating around in the water was such a big part of Trish's pregnancy, that we had to work it into the series somehow, so a walk to the pool seemed completely perfect. It gave Trish the chance to show off her baby belly in the series, and I just love the confidence that came out of this picture. She looks super! Peter showed up to walk her across the street when he hit the end of the block. And with that, we have crossed the street to our very last block now, and we are staring down at the last set of houses. After that, train tracks, and highway, and strip malls. One last stretch of road. I'm excited for these two.

awww. i'm going to really miss this series. trish is so ecclectic and her energy has really been captured on film (i know, spoken like i know her or something).

wow. love it. when i was 37 weeks pregnant with twins, i decided i had to go to the pool right! now! i had no swim suit to wear, though, so i put on one of my old worn out speedos that was polka dotted. the polka dots weren't so circular anymore. i think the lifguard kinda freak out when he saw me, too. when i had my last baby, i let it all hang out. i wore bikinis & showed off my belly. it was freeing. i was lucky to live in an area where others also supported me & didn't chastise me for baring my belly, although i probably wouldn't have cared anyway.
The baby looks lower now. Eeek. I'll be sad when this walk is over. I hope you're scoping for your next series!
